| Entreprenuer Development Cell - "GAMYAM" |
MBA department has its Entrepreneus Development Cell named "GAMYAM" E-cell formed in association with National Enterpreneurship Network (NEN) inaugurated on 26th November 2008.
The National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), founded in 2002, is a not-for- profit initiative of the Wadhawani Foundation, working to inspire, ducate and support the next generation of high-growth entrepreneus in India. |

NEN was co-founded by five of Indian's premier academic institutions: IIT Bombay; IIM Ahmedabad; SP Jain Institute, Bombay; IBAB, Bangalore and BITS Pilani.
NEN's ultimate goal is to help launch thousands of new entrepreneurs, who in turn will create hundreds of thousands of much-needed valuable jobs-for india.
E-cell is involved in enhancing Entrepreneur skills, Leadership skills, off the job training, Book review sessions and also dealing with live case study classes on regular basis for the students. |

| Personality Development Programme (PDP) |
| |
MBA program comprises of students from varied cultural and educational background. We create an environment conducive to new ideas and sharing of knowledge to develop their overall personality.
The department organizes regular PDP's and special PDP's for the first year and second year MBA students. Separate hours are allocated for PDP's in the timetable.
The experts from the Industry and outside Consultants are invited to conduct the PDPs. These PDPs are helpful in enhancing communication skills, analytical skill, quantitative skills to make the students highly employable |

| First Parent - Teacher meet was arranged on April 18th, 2009
The Students internal examination performance, attendance report and class participation was the main agenda. Regular progress of the students was communicated to the parents.
The parents have given the positive feedback about the college, Management and Faculty members and welcomed the idea of such meetings. |

| Convocation and Alumni Meet |
The first batch of MBA Students of VVNIMTR (2005-2007) had their convocation on April 4th 2009 and the first Alumini meet was also conducted on the same day. The students were delighted to receive their convocation certificates. Some of them have shared their two years of memorable experiences in the college. The alumini also interacted with the present batch of senior and junior students, giving valuable tips and suggestions. They assured in improving the placement activities through their network and references.
The program was successful in enhancing and improving placement cell and E-cell activities further. |

Department conducted Book-fair on March 18, 2009. Various publishers exhibited subject and general books for the student’s reference.

The Department conducted Sports like Carom, Chess, Cricket, Volleyball, etc.. The students are encouraged to participate in all the above said activities in the college and other colleges also. Students also won prizes in many of these events. |

Department is also involved in various social activities encouraging MBA students to be ethical societal members. As part of this, it has organized various social awareness programs such as health awareness program, Blood donation camps etc. |
